Purchase Agreement

By purchasing an Accio! Subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions, and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by Accio! Subscriptions after the expiration date of your payment card. You also acknowledge that Accio! is a surprise box and that you are knowingly buying a box of undisclosed items. Refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued except in cases of damaged merchandise or incorrect size/House items sent, which are based on the selections made by the purchaser.

Automatic Renewal Terms

Your subscription will be automatically renewed on the 15th of each month for successive periods as selected during purchase, and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your subscription renewal.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription at any time, you may either log in to your account and follow the cancellation procedures there, or send us a message at info@acciobox.com and we will be happy to do it for you. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. Please note that a cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund and that refunds must be requested in writing by emailing the aforementioned address. Without an accompanying refund request, a cancellation will only halt future renewals, and any boxes already paid for will be shipped as scheduled.

Refund Policy

Customers have three days following a purchase or renewal to request a refund for their purchase, at which time a refund may be issued and shipments cancelled. 

Refunds will not be issued beyond three days after a purchase or renewal occurs, or for any boxes received by the customer unless the items inside are damaged.


Boxes ship via USPS Priority Mail between the 8th and 10th of the month. Orders placed before the 5th of the month will ship during the current month. Orders placed on or after the 5th will ship the following month. Tracking numbers and emails are issued automatically as soon as a shipping label is created. International orders include a customs declaration, and any customs duties or fees required are the responsibility of the customer.
